I'm a mom to a 11-year-old boy, a wife to my amazing husband—we just celebrated 12 years— a daughter and friend.
I’m someone who’s experienced "life" from an early age. I was protected my whole life, with good intentions, but constantly steered toward the safe route. I believe in faith, that everything happens for a reason, and that every valley holds a lesson to guide us to the next peak.
Self-reflection and the courage to pivot take guts, and having a mentor or coach is one of the most valuable resources we can have.
Now in my 40s, I confidently know who I am. I surround myself with women who are as real and authentic as I am and who offer new perspectives when needed. I’m a values-driven person, striving every day to show up authentically in all aspects of life, knowing that my word is everything.
If others can't trust that, then I have nothing.
